Refund policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with prior authorization or approval.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given and you must have Return Authorization #. Call 715-514-0319 (8AM-4PM, CST, Monday through Friday).

Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

At Lumberjack’s sole discretion, we may impose a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee on items returned.

We reserve the right to dispute the request for any reason.

We will credit your account after inspection and audit of the return item. This process may take 2-4 weeks.
