PRICE MATCH POLICY
Price Match Policy - Distributors & Other Sellers
Lumberjack Tools will occasionally price match items from other sellers. However, it is based on the sale running at the time, and the customer service representative's full discretion. We will do our best to ensure that you receive a fair price, but often times sales running are based on discounts provided by a particular distributor and their sales and marketing schedule. This is why you may see a better discount on their website one day, and a better discount on ours at another. We encourage you to feel free to purchase from one of our authorized distributors if you feel that you can get a better discount that we are not able to honor at that time.
Price Match Policy - Our Sales
Depending on what sale is running at the time, we may be able to match a price on a purchase you have already made. This is based on the customer service representative's full discretion.
The following circumstances are not able to be price matched:
- The item(s) were purchased from another seller
- The email with the sales or promotions has a clause at the bottom claiming no-price matching outside the sale time period
- The item(s) were purchased over 5 business days ago
- Black Friday or Cyber Monday Sales
- Special holiday sales including, but not limited to: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Veteran's Day, Christmas Holiday sales (November-December)
*We have the right to refuse to price match at any time for any reason. While we will attempt to assist you, there is never a price match guarantee due to the continual changes in pricing from other sellers and our own sales and marketing.
SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing & Same Day Shipping
- In-stock items ordered before 2 PM CT, Monday–Friday ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM CT ship the next business day.
- Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- Holiday orders may take an extra 2 business days to process.
- All shipments are made via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Lumberjack Tools is not liable for shipping delays or damages—please file claims directly with the carrier.
Delivery Timeframes
- Orders typically ship within 2 business days of payment clearing.
- Standard delivery is estimated at 2–3 weeks, but not guaranteed.
- Carrier delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or other unforeseen events such as severe weather or regional disruptions.
- Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to update.
Domestic Shipping Rates
- $5 — Orders under 0.6 lbs
- $10 — Orders between 0.6 lbs and 2 lbs
- $15 — Orders over 2 lbs
- Free Ground Shipping on orders over $300 (excludes HI, AK, PR, US territories, and international orders)
International Shipping
Canadian Orders
Canadian customers can order directly on our website. Shipping is calculated at checkout. To view prices in CAD, select “CAD” in the top-right currency selector.
Other International Orders
For countries outside of Canada, international shipping is available via quote only. Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes.

- Orders to Hawaii or Alaska may take 1–2 extra business days.
- Lumberjack Tools does not calculate or collect customs, duties, or taxes.
RETURN POLICY
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase only with prior approval. To request a return or exchange, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling 715-514-0319 (Monday–Friday, 8AM–4PM CST).
- Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply, at our discretion.
- All returns are subject to review and approval.
- Non-used, undamaged items will be refunded in full.
- Used items will be inspected and may receive partial credit based on condition.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear on your account.
Cancellations
Lumberjack Tools reserves the right to approve or deny any return, exchange, or cancellation request. Please double-check your order before submitting, as orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. To cancel an order, you must call us at 715-514-0319 (Monday–Friday, 8AM–4PM CST) within 24 hours of placing it to request approval. Approved cancellations are subject to a $35 processing fee.
