Shipping Policy

 

Christmas Shipping Cutoff Dates: 

Ground Shipping: Order by December 13th at 11:59 pm CST to receive by December 24th.

Next Day Shipping: Order by December 20th at 2pm CST to receive by December 24th.

All in-stock orders ship during normal business hours Monday – Friday. All orders placed before 2pm CT Monday - Friday will ship same day. If an item is back-ordered you will be notified of its status and of the new shipment date.  All items purchased from Lumberjack are made pursuant to a shipment contract with UPS, FedEx, or the USPS. Lumberjack is not responsible or liable for any damages or late shipments arising from the shipment of the order. You will need to make a claim with the carrier.
