We retain the right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or cancelled. Lumberjack thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order it cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time the order is placed. To cancel the order you must contact at 719.282.3043 (8AM-5PM, MST, Monday through Friday) to receive a cancellation approval. Any cancelled order will incur a $35 processing charge.
